by three shareholders as below:
1.Shandong Zhichu Science & Technology Park Co.,Ltd.
2.EP Polymers (M) Sdn.Bhd.
3.ILHA Engineering Corp.
UAC was established in 2003 and is located at Shandong Yantai APEC Science & Technology Industry Park.It occupies 16,500©O with factory area of 10,500©O. It has acquired an area of 20,000©O land reserved for 2nd phase. UAC is a manufacturer which is mainly producing & selling automotive lamps and automotive combination meters. It has an annual capability of 500,000pcs,with investment of 7,800,000USD and registered capital of 5,200,000USD. Total assets reached 80 million RMB by Dec of 2006.
Since June 2006, UAC has reached agreements and made contacts on 20 different products with several professional automotive manufactures such as WRM Project of Proton Malaysia, HOKA Sinotruk, China, GoldPrince Lamp Series of Sinotruk.
Among of them, Market share of Proton Malaysia is 100% percent with annual amount of 100000 sets, 80% percent of Sinotruk Jinan with 10000sets.
UAC has a skilled and expirenced R&D team;UAC has ability of forward & backward direction of developing and mould designing. We have single color and double color injection machine; General &
Hard Coating lines; Painting robot and VM machines. We also have testing center which can do all kinds of lamps testing and photo-meter testing.UAC has always been offering customer satisfaction by complying strictly with APQP ˇ˘PPAPˇ˘FMEAˇ˘MSAˇ˘SPC ***uments and quality standards.
